This is one of the exceptions the UA mod has a limit on for balance reasons. * Commanders can now attach to Obliterators and Mutilators.
* Chaos Marine infiltration research cost increased. * Havoc Mrine autocannon damage decreased versus structures. * Chaos Sorceror's Ritual "sacrifice" now does minoot damage versus builders. * Particle Laser Beam cost decreased from 3500/3500 to 3000/3000. * Nuclear Missile damage increased (even for Deathstrike). * All tier 1 and under Chaos Space Marines, loyalists, and Grey Knights cost more (especially Raptors and Assault Marines). * All greater daemons damage versus super structures decreased as it was too high!
